Happy Day you were the best grandmother ever. You lived a life full of integrity and love. You would do anything for the family. This world will not be the same without you. You were a unique person and I loved talking to you and hearing stories about the family. You had a love for all the children in the family and always made us feel welcome at your house even if we just dropped by. It is a blessing that my children got to know you and love you too.  I love you, Happy Day.

Halloween

Halloween was a success in that the costumes were pretty easy to put together this year. We went to Trunk r Treat at our church and then headed to a friend's house to help them pass candy out.

Ella was a kitty cat. I made her little tutu and can I say they are so fun to make. Her shirt we have on loan from my niece.  We found her kitty ears at Michael's and used a big chenille pipe cleaner for her tail.

Amazingly Noah forgot about his candy the next day and we got rid of it immediately. I can't believe that my kids forget about candy.

Noah was an inspector. He is obsessed with Pink Panther and Inspector Clouseau. We went to the thrift store for the perfect trench coat and his hat belongs to his Grandpa. Noah made this face without prompting. He was really into it.
